You have to aim for the stars
Personally speaking, this is especially gratifying, because when we started working withMicrosoft in 2006, they were on the outs with the fashionable set. They were a dinosaur, with no possibility of redemption.
And then Satya Nadella came along and changed the game, so they say. But it wasn’t just him. We first got the idea that something major and counterintuitive was happening when we saw that they made a cloud person their new CEO, as opposed to a sales person, a device person, or a marketing person. “Cloud” was where the company was headed.
And it seems to be paying off big time.
